SIGH - Did The White House Change The Birth Certificate File And Remove The Layers?

The funny thing is the mainstream media had already trotted out some "experts" on the web to say that the layers were "normal" and not a problem. But it appears the White House went back to their forger and told him to to make a new one or be killed. He complied. The one I just downloaded is not the one they released earlier, least everyone conspired to create a fake one with layers. Can anyone say, FAIL?

Photoshop does not automatically break the layers apart. Open it in Illustrator and follow the how to on other videos. I

I've been working with photoshop since 1989. I can open this into AI with no problem. If you release the clipping mask you can see all the layers. Mine is set to release by default so I automatically see them. It's a poor combination of vector and bitmapped images. And based on my expertise this is a complete forgery from top to bottom. The question I have is WHY? The answer I believe is to distract America from their ongoing destructive agenda. They are up to something...

the one from slideshare . net may be different. I got mine from whitehouse . gov & it still has layers.

I just downloaded it again on separate computer & the layers are still there. In Adobe Illustrator
