when u transfer files from on mac to another do u have to have a power cord? or anything to connect the to computers????

Yes, you connect the computers via firewire or ethernet.

i am holding back on the purchase of one of theese because I know people who got a mbook pro and one of them has issues with keeping it clean and another one has issues with screen resolution and has a 300x400 resolution or something like that.

This laptop is absolutely amazing. I tried it out at my local apple store on black friday as well as the computer place taht is on campus where I attend college. I am trying to sell my Dell laptop I have now to gain money for this one but it is not working out too well :-( I am really hoping that I can find someone to sell it to and gain enough money for this laptop. I really want this laptop
