With the new Pistions in the 1.7 update it is possible to build a machine that counts redstone pulses. I used it for a 4 wide self building bridge.

  • technically you can do the same with 2 synchronous clocks with a 4: 1 ratio, the one controlling the pistons going round 4x slower than the one pushing in the cobblestone.

    but it's a very nice design

  • @thakillman7 True, to solve this problem you could do that, but I wanted to have a actual couting device, because I ran numerous times into the problem that I needed to count something.
