seems like it would work..... i dunno bout a two minute resting exercise tho.. id rather do high workout for 30 sec rest 15

@fitclubonline I totally understand with you. God Bless you, I'm trying to incorporate something similiar into my weekly regimen. I cracked up when you said (esp. the one behind the safety of their computers) mmm... something to think about. Well, good luck with making the videos. I've been thinking about making one myself, but I not really where I want to be. Do you have any suggestions? Can you tell me how to get started? Is there a telephone number that you can call to get help?

@baroquexx its called the lamens effect. you have to keep changing your excerises or else your body will get used to it, it will get easier to do and you wont burn as much calories. constantly changing it up will keep your body constantly keeping your metabolism up so itll burn as much calories the more you excerise,
