    I have never gone spesifically for fat loss. Since I work part time as a personal trainer now I have to experience it first hand.

    Yes, I eat clean and consume about 500kcal less then I usually do per day. Fridays are my eating day. I also do intermittent fasting, 16hours every day (allowed to drink coffe and water).

    Yes, I noticed that too..my hope is that I can have our mini back yard as my gym..(I wish..:) ).

  • Great job! I think that would take me, ohhhh, about 45 minutes! I'll have to give this a go (I'll have to sub jacks for rope, as I'm terrible at it).

  • Hi Babbis, as usual, great work. I notice you're forming a rut in the lawn. Wife won't be too happy. Better move around next time. Curious why you want to lose fat. Gotta have some before you lose it.  As you know, diet is 95% of fat loss. Are you also eating clean? Cheers.
