Retired FBI agent Steve Moore believes Amanda Knox - imprisoned for murder in Italy - was wrongly convicted. Harry Smith talks to him about the evidence.

  • @5H1TH4PP3N5 is there any footage of Knox cleaning the murder scene???

She only forgot to remove her only lamp from Meredith's room.

  • This is disgraceful journalism. A person wholly uninformed, unconnected with case, who probably did not even read the 427 page Court document which motivates the verdict (he was saying the same exact things before such sentence was published) passing judgements which are too strong to be believed in a case where evidence of all sorts is solid and the defendant even admitted being on the scene of the crime accusing an innocent person. CBS should be more cautious and check its stories

  • common law rules! people actually get fair trials in the US. civil law sucks!

  • @popper1966 actually, Steve Moore has done his homework on this. If you knew him at all, you would know that he does not do a half ass job.

  • @iQuaereVerum I was being serious. Is there any footage of Rudy Guede's trial? And what about any video of Amanda at the police headquarters? It seems like the Italian police and investigators don't know what they're doing. No video evidence from a courtroom or police facilities? It's backwards. And I'm not saying she's innocent. Wouldn't you want video footage?

  • Is there any footage of Rudy Guede's trial? And is there any footage of Amanda Knox's police interrogation?

  • ahhahaah

U.S.A. give us lesson of law and guarantees...

    U.S.A VS ROMAN LAW...AHAHHAHAHA

    GO FUCK...

  • Interesting how fast the trial went considering that Italian justice is noted for going at a snail's pace.
