Entraînement sur pan.
Travail global de type concentrique, dynamique, pliométrique et excentrique.
Escalade, pan gullish, musculation du dos, des épaules, et des avants bras.
Muscles concernés:
- Muscles du dos (Grand dorsal, trapèze, Romboide)
- Muscles de l'épaule (coiffe des rotateurs, deltoïdes, pectoraux)
- Toute la chaine posturale (muscles abdominaux, obliques,grand dentelé, transverse, carré des lombes...)
- Muscles du bras et de l'avant bras
