hey man love the vid. iam only 15 but I do love the old school. i love the soul in them music and real hip hop that used to be made. mind you there are some real hip hop artists out there nowadays

the fat shoe strings are called New Yorkers and your are speaking my language from my era, the last 2 generations of hip hop fans don't have the benefit of seeing the progression of hip hop and that concert may have been the Raising Hell tour, sounds like the same bill. The funny shit was Too Short a now legend in hip hop Got BOOOOOOed crazy in Philly, twice.

Word.the Balance is totally off with not just Hip Hop but black music period.R7B is fucked up jazz is fucked up,Blues is non existant!!that's why i'mn makin sure i teach my son and daughter about what came before them!

If proper Hip-Hop was shown on TV, radio etc.., it would unite people together and definitely make people think about todays situations in the world (hunger, poverty, politics etc...). For example, listening to Immortal Technique has made me think so much more. That's what people need instead of dancing around half naked with jewelery on.
