@spoogeling Instead of resorting to childish name calling why don't you educate yourself? The reason man on man rape isn't reported is fear of being labeled a homosexual by other men. (also many rape victims male or female are too ashamed to report these crimes to police) Don't kid yourself the majority of male sexual assaults are male on male not female on male.

@spoogeling If you had watched and paid attention you would actually notice that it was the FBI who STILL holds the archaic view that it is only women who can be raped and rape is only vaginal. The term they use is "forcible rape". Feminists would like to see this changed to include male rape, rape with foreign objects, etc.

ok i noticed some people say "hey at the start she acknowledges men are raped" so shes not sexist but then she goes on to give every example of men raping women and women by default are the victim she even attacks male lawyers who defend ACCUSED rapists as if they are horrible people. What happen to innocent until proven guilty. She states "against these legal operators" (makes them sound like con men) the victim has only the rapist DNA to prove she has been attack...... SHE...

I am glad the law finally changed from a "carnal knowledge of a woman". It is disgusting that humans can be assaulted sexually and not have any grounds to stand on.

Feminists fail to aknowledge male victims of sexual assault. I'm unfortunately a survivor and too many times I find myself arguing with some demented feminist who think that because the majority of cases reported are female, all the attention should be directed at females only. This is just feminist propaganda, if they really wanted to change society's views and laws, they would have done it by now. But they don't care they want males to suffer just for being born male.

@ThreeOne33Seven 2/2 but never seen a friend been raped. unfortunately the chick did go to jail for FRA no punishment at all for her. If it was me, i would have killed her if it went to trial n if i would been lucky enough to get off the charge

@ThreeOne33Seven one other thing is that conviction rates, the rapes that the DA thinks are the most provable, apparently turn out to be false more often than 2% by alot too. So do you think adding less provable rapes (lacking ceditbiltiy or evidence) would help or hurt that FR number of 2%? i think False Rape is probably around 10-40%. i have seen friends alledged rape against them but then the women decides to tell the cops it was just her being pissed off (ie: FRA), 1/2

Criminal justice university states 100 000 rapes happen every year, if that is only 10% are you saying 1 million + women out of about 150 m are raped every year n the usa? BS

@Bass20HZobsession Thank you for providing a citation, however the problem with those figures is they're based off conviction rates, which aren't painting even close to the full picture. Rape is extremely under reported, only 21% of stranger rapes and 2% of acquaintance rapes are reported (Koss et al. 1987) - I don't have a citation at the moment, but from memory the prevalence of acquintance rape overall is ~73%.
