@caucasianjake Well, I am without religion, so I do not have a Christian bias. Anyway, you still aren't proving that God doesn't exist because the fact is, you can't do it. Obviously his intention wouldn't be to confuse us, but we would never be able to understand his intention in any case. But that's why all we can do is take this life for what it is and live it as best we can. In Stephen Hawking's A Brief History Of Time he tries to understand the mind of God as opposed to disproving him.

@umbroog And proof that God didn't create us, at least in the sense Christian's believe is in the blue prints. All the genetics on Earth from all living things, from humans to plants to bacteria, can have their DNA sequenced. And when sequenced, there shows a very logical, orderly pattern among all life that shows that we all can be placed in something called a phylogenetic tree. The tree shows that all life on Earth is related to one common ancestor. Did God do that? If so, why? To confuse us?

@umbroog You're the theist, therefore the burden of proof lies on your end dude. I'm the atheist, which means I don't believe in a deity, so all the proof I need to show you is that zero=nothing. And since you've already admitted that you can't prove it beyond a reasonable doubt, then how about you at least just show me some evidence that God exists. And not that a rainbow or waterfall is beautiful and that's why. I mean a quantifiable measurement that shows evidence of a creator.

@caucasianjake Where's your proof that God didn't create us? See, you need proof to believe in God, but you don't need proof to say he's a myth. It's a bit one-sided. I still believe most of what science has to say, but creation itself does exist. Humans can create other humans, or musical pieces, or artwork. I see God in creation itself. I don't even discount the notion of a big bang to begin the universe, but something had to set that in motion. But there's no proof either way.
-
@umbroog Where's your proof that God created us? Show me proof and I'll believe you if I can't refute it. Otherwise, science prevails and the God you pray to does not exist.
-
@caucasianjake But all life is under God because He created it. Yes, we are only one of the many places in the universe that has life, but all life is on one single thread of existence. It's interconnectivity, and if you aren't seeing it, you're ignoring it.

@fuckreg Douche bag it fell under Bush Admin....No wait even Clinton Ad..No wait.....Fuck it, started with FEDERAL RESERVE (At the VERY LEAST should have to show their books to congress and/or audited periodically by IRS and Congress) and MILITARY INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX (Again at the very least more oversite for congressmen) this complex is in the business of making war.

oh wow, ok and now @ 5:29 into the video I have lost interest in his campaign a bit. Forcing my child to pray with your child is not only disrespectful, it's out right reprehensible. My family is hurt by this "God Bless America" and so are families all over the world. Get your heads out of your ass and realize that the God you pray to isn't the God you hold to be. It's not concerned with your daily life. Look at the universe and realize you're a speck on a pale blue dot. Think for yourselves!

Don't get me wrong, I love Ron Paul. I think he's the best candidate on the Republican ticket. But he's got a lot of baggage. But do yourself a favor and look up why we have an IRS. Look up why we had to have a civil war. Look up why we have a Federal Reserve. The problem with a lot of his rhetoric is he wants to take things back to the way they were a hundred years ago.. Think of the repercussions to that statement. Progressive behavior is the key to surviving, not trying to rewind the clock.
