St. John the Evangelist is a Catholic school in Los Angeles committed to providing their K-8th grade students with a well-rounded, faith based education.
I went to St. John's from 1972 to 1980 and its a damn shame they are closing it down. Unfortunately, the tuition has become so high that families can no longer afford it. In fact, if you had to choose between putting food on the table and sending your kids to a good Catholic school, guess what wins out.

I went to this school for the 7th and 8th grades many years ago. It is sad it closing after being open since the 1940's.
