  • I get alot of pressure in my left elbow right after the set is done... Any tips so i dont hurt my self doing this?

  • @Clutchh05

Usually this exercise isn't suppose to hurt your elbows, but if you do feel pain after you should keep your hands horizontal and the elbows slightly bent and you need to consider the option of decrease the weight of the dumbbells and increase the number of reps in each sets.

  • when i do this i get a tickle in my lower back

  • @CrusadingChicken

Do you keep your knees bent and your back straight?

  • I got a rotator cuff injury doing this exercice. I want to warn people to make sure to use very low weights because it puts a LOT of strain on the rotator cuff muscles. My left arm is slightly weaker than my right therefore it took a blow when I was doing the exercice. I want to note that the injury happened in my warmup round with 15 pounds... so be careful.
