That is Quine. Once, I had heard that Quine was going to play the next night, but when I checked the ad for that club all it said was "Lloyd Cole" and I didn't know Quine was playing with him, so I didn't go and I missed the only chance I ever had to see him play. Fantastic guitarist, and an incredibly cool person.
