Fallout 3 on Nvidia ION (AT3N7A-i)

The game is running on an nvidia ion based motherboard (Asus AT3N7A-i). Game resolution is 1280x720 2xaf 0xaa HDR on, texture details is on high setting, everything other is on low. CPU is overclocked to 2.15Ghz, and 2gb DDR2 memory is installed ( http://valid.canardpc.com/show_oc.php?id=908239 ). A little lag is noticeable. The game runs smoother without fraps :P

I dont know how to overclock one of these things! I have tried before with other computers like i go into the bios and i dont see an option to overclock. HOW DO YOU DO IT?
