Dear Goodwilltubing, you make very nice and fitting tributes to our heroes of motorsport and some forgotten heroes that deserved more than what they got. With that in mind, I was wondering if by chance you were working on a tribute to Dan Wheldon? Wheldon was a favorite of mine and I was saddened by his passing. Please write back if you are. my grandfathers brother was a good friend of Floyd Roberts and a member of his pit crew in 38 when he won it and was in the pits again in 39, do you have any other info on Floyd Roberts?

Both other drivers involved this crash perished later in different accidents. Swanson was killed only year later and Miller had his fatal crash 1853.
Unimaginable how dangerous motosport was on this time!

@MrElectricOne Sorry again for the late response, but there are good news: I am already working on it (besides other ones), I just want to get a piece of (ultrarare) footage, that I have seen long ago, and now I am hunting for it...... wish me luck.
