This is my first poi practice in almost 3 years! Let's hope I get better soon.
I've been exploring other flow arts including contact juggling, juggling, fire fans, chain whip, hoop, mini hoops, and double staff.
I've decided it's time to get back at it, so here is my first try. I was having a hard time spinning to the beats of the music, and It really hurt my flow. Well, to be honest there is no flow. I'll be posting more videos of my progress.

I'll be posting my progress. I tend to be more simple and relaxed when I spin. I know so many moves that putting them all into one song would feel like spamming, if that makes any sence. Now I just need to find my own flow and get back into practice to truly express myself. It's a little daunting but I wil get better with lots of work.

hey! this is great! I remember watching you when you'd just begun and did some weave turns and to go from those videos to this is just.. wow!
What an progress :D I really love to see you move around and chill with the flow and you truly rock in wall plane! :D
