Thanks for your video Rod. I put it in my blog to encourage people to play with the words and follow their instincts. There are no wrong words, I love your articles. Sue Young

Thank you so much Rod for your advice it means alot to me. I love the idea of the open end sentences and allowing the subconscious to fill in the blank. After all it does hold the key to many issues. Thank you again i feel more confident in moving another baby step. Julie.

Part2....would you do a video for belief that i am never going to be successful at becoming am EFT practitioner.
Please. I so want to achieve this but "fear" that i will fail. Many thanks Julie.

@SparklyMe2009 Hi Julie, it might be an idea to break down the belief in more detail by tapping a round with the words "I'm don't believe I'm going to be successful as an EFT Practitioner because ..." and allow your mind to provide more specific answer about what is under that belief. Tapping on the belief itself is probably a bit global. Use tapping to uncover the next layer by tapping in those open ended sentences and see what specifically comes up for you.

Hey Rod excellent. For me the ultimate word that stumps me is i need to say it perfectly. I know EFT works without being so. But my need for perfection does keep me stuck from moving forward.

@SparklyMe2009 The need to do it perfectly was something that I had a problem with when I started and have heard being a blocker for others which is what prompted me to make this video.
I suggestion you continue to tap and on each round see if you can identify another aspect of the need for perfection. You can even tap through a few points saying "I have to be perfect because..." and leave the end of the sentence open and let you mind fill in the space. Different answers at each points are ok
