  • Hey My fellow Survivalist thoes yellows Spheres are eggs

You can put them in Bannock ; but mix them first (scramble) then add them to your bannock

Or you can get wild onions and the eggs slice and dice the onions(i like to crush them into paper mache sizes) Add the Eggs but Scrable them; mix togetha now you can heat it up to make a sauce thats good on fish or you can cook the fish half through and add your sauce and make a stew very yummy! Thanks for the Video

  • easier just to jam a knife into the shell

  • AWWW you guys. say it taste like chicken LOL I heard that about rattle snake to and i can say rattle snake in no way taste like chicken LOL. Never eaten a turtle though but i would bet it would taste more like frog.I have also heard my great gran ma talk a bout soft shelled turtle . she told me that when she was a kid they has turtle soup a lot. but it didn't taste like no chicken LOL

  • yes you are right that is not a snapper

  • Also the quarter sized meat hunks on the back of the top shell are their tenderloins.

  • Yum, tastes like chicken best in stew. If you cut the bottom of shell out you can have a nice frizbe, Top shell makes a nice bowl. P.S. The heart pounded a week after out of body. We served it in home economics Also showed how to process.
