You are dead on alperator8! This is actually an in depth, emotional exposition into the mind set that led Iraq to it's present circumstances through a series of visual aides that lead you through the methaphorical presentation of Rock, Paper, Saddam representative of poverty, tyranny and corruption at the highest levels of government. Kudos for pointing out the non-funny in this clip!
