i much like this game, too. characters' face in the palette and the fair AI make me fun and feel i'm not lonely.

This is one of my favorite board games. The addition of characters in this version was a nice touch, especially the rook being the ninja piece and the king's capturing animation (not shown in video). It is possible to enjoy this game even if you do not know Japanese, but obviously knowing Japanese will make playing the game easier.
