My marriage isn't based on paper it is a covenant made between God, my wife, and myself. Afterwards, the marriage is consumated...that's when the sex comes in. But answer me this what was the point of weddings in Hebrew culture if, according to what your saying, all we needed to do was agree with one another and then sleep together? Why does the Bible put such an emphasis on WEDDINGS more commonly among the Hebrew people which was a ceremony lasting 8 days in which a MARRIAGE took place?

Fornication is when someone who is not married sleeps with someone ooutside of marriage, Adultery is when someone who is married sleeps with someone of whom they are not married to. So, in the case of the guy sleeping with his father's wife, he ws the one committing fornication. The wife of the father was the one comitting adultery. when you comitt adultery you sin against your spouse. When you fornicate you sin against yourself.

@DanmiaP the dictionary you just read was written by the devil so it really doesn't matter what it says, the bible does not define fornication as voluntary sexual intercourse between two unmarried persons, so I trust the bible's definition much more than what a devil thinks a word means

They are twisting the scriptures and they apparently don't read the dictionary either. Go to dictionary com and type in fornication. What does it mean? voluntary sexual intercourse between two unmarried persons or two persons not married to each other. People who go with this love it because they think they can ignore what the Bible really teaches and go do what they want.
