I don't believe in all that pharmaceutical stuff. You should try seeing a nutritional therapist. They can help you naturally, and it works, trust me. I know how you feel, it's terrible. Hope you are doing ok now in 2011.

you all hang in there, i identify with you totally, wish i had some anwers , i dont. im fucked on valium and methadone, just cant break free, if i do im a nervous wreck who never goes out. while im on it im a nervous wreck who goes out once a week for doctor and fkn run home. thank god for the intrnet. one thing i sure of. there is a reason for what we suffer, and one day we be free of all pain. peace.

When I read the title of this video, I imagined a meeting of agoraphobics, but all dispersed because they didn't want to be in a crowded group, haha :) But in all seriousness, I hope someday you can live without all the medications and be free of your anxiety and phobia, science willing!

I've been taking Clonazepam and Temazepam for anxiety, Bupropion for depression (I think), and dyphenhydramine to help me sleep for years now...among many other things. It's inspiring to see that I'm not alone.
