Only one thing bothers me. The package with the tortoise in it reads "Hawaii USA" but Hawaii wasn't made a state until 1959.

I saw this as a child of 8 or 9, and went almost 40 years before seeing it last year....one great cartoon (and I am not much on Terrytoons).
