i dont have the exclamation mark i have the little circle with the loading symbol by my songs and they wont play what do i do

@hyperhalo123 NO, once they are all sorted and grouped together, just click on the first song, then shift click the very last song and it will highlight them all. It does work, watch it a couple times to figure it out.

I just did exactly what you sujested to do, and it just deleted the songs from my itunes lybrary. have i done something wrong?

@we4551 Restore them back from the recycle bin. Do the process over and only highlight the songs with the exclamation mark then hit delete.

ok.... well my ipod has exclimation marks. all i want to do is group all the exclimation marks so i can replace the songs.
