I went to the battle last year and loved it. I found out a few months ago that my grandfather was captured in that battle. I loved the event. Very fun for the Civil War lover!
I was on the other end of the line on the Federal Left wtih the GDRA battalion... I was really disgusted by the booing I apologize for that. It was not my boys, but it is worth an apology.
I was in the rear rank of the 42nd Georgia at the far left of the last confederate battalion. Sunday, I never wanted to finish a battle as much as I did that day. The Federals were booing us after the taps were played and we didn't finish it with a charge. Oh well, it was an honor to be there honoring the dead from both armies. TY for the upload.

Nice event wish I had gone to it, but a 12 hour drive is a long drive. I live in Ohio and re-enact with the 41st OVi which was at Resaca.
