  • okay,so continue throwing 14 m;)

  • If you don't know what you're talking about, please don't try to help.

  • you must do the second step with the left leg larger,it's too short.

  • u go sacred heart university?

  • decnt im in HS and im also converting to the spin i like it. anyways one thing i noticed was your right foot not turning at the front of the circle..otherwise keep up the good work and good luck.

  • well, after you spin on your left leg to start you are supposed to jump a little into the standing throw spot. This generates more power into the throw.

  • i just dont like people who comment and dont have videos.

tomato, tomaatoo, I say drive with left, u say push with right, either way we are saying the same thing.

  • . . .If you watch any of adam nelson's recent far throws, (including the ones on your page jmm) he does not drive from the left out of the back; he rotates. The linear push comes from the right side through the middle of the throw. As to pushing off faster, the right needs to move faster out of the back, not the left; 180's would be a good way to work on right turns through the middle, and 360's out of the back could help to get to that middle. With this logic, everyone would throw farther.

  • Haha, okay my bad; you're right; I should not have called anyone an idiot just because they were incorrect. I apologize. Speaking of which, starmangler0 was the one who made the incorrect statements--you just agreed with 'em. So, you two shouldn't have been entirely grouped together. Regardless, me not having shot put videos doesn't make me wrong, and I don't see any indication for what makes you an expert on the technical aspect of the throws . . . As to the technique . . .
