Blago will be out and about when he's 67. He has to serve a minimum of 12 years. His wife now has grounds to file for divorce if she wants.

Had I been Blagovitch, as soon as I found out they were going to put me on trial I would have issued a pardon for every prisoner convicted in Illinois for murder. I don't imagine there was anything to stop him from doing that. You know, as a parting shot I would have released thousands of dangerous people onto Illinois streets.
