4 ball hi-lo shower how-to

Throw hi balls much higher than you think. That's the key. The other key is lower the low throws as possible as you can.

Do you have any tips for learning 4 ball shower with your left hand, my right hand's solid but my left... eww

@Morphae Practice 5 ball shower on your right. Get even better with your 4 ball shower on the right. You know, if you can do 5 ball shower on the right, you should be able to run 4 ball shower on the left without much problem. I almost completely ignored my left side juggling, but it always follows my right hand skills with a little practice. One way to solve the frustration :)

how is your 7 ball juggling?

I can sometimes qualify 7 and the max is 20 catches. Kinda gave up on 7 since I had a baby last year.
