This raw zucchini pasta dish is so good I ate the whole thing immediately after the video, lol. It's made with just fresh spiraled zucchini. Give it a try if you're missing your pasta with tomato spaghetti sauce. It's savory with a bit of tang, and all around super flavorful. :D Yum!

Do u need to soak the dates and would other types of dates work?

I thought it was bad food combining to mix sweet fruits with acidic (dates and oj and tomatoes)? Why is this allowed in the recipe?

Also, do u know the cal, pro, fat info for the sauce (with and without the avocado?)?

Thanks for responding back. I was so excited when i got it in the mail. I bought zucchini and everything. I opened it and was like where are the blades!!!? I will most definitely contact Amazon and I contacted the seller. Thanks for your advice.
