WOW hey thats EXACTLY how I quit smoking too!!! People look at me like im an idiot when I tell them that! I been watching your vids for a while and just came across this and thought it was pretty cool that someone else actually quit smoking that way too!! It really does work, Im not just crazy :-)

Hopefully others will take this advice and atleast try it. If anything youll be smoking MUCH less with American Spirits, they burn slower and you wont be jonesin' for another 15 minutes later.

Those tabloids around the cashier station is what keeps me up to date on whats going on- the cover says it all- I rely on the people i work with to buy them cause i won't.

it drives me crazy when parents smoke around their kids in strollers outside. Unfortunately, I usually see young mothers holding the cigarette an arm's length away.. as if THAT would eliminate the chances of their child getting second-hand smoke. selfish fuckos. you shouldn't be killing your child everytime you come close to them because of a nasty habit.
