Just because you don't understand it - doesn't mean that it isn't the truth.
God was incarnate & became a Man so that He could save us!
God is all-powerful you say... but then in almost the same breath you say that God cannot have become a Man. Therein is your contradiction; therein is your error.
Don't you see - God can become a Man if God wants to become a Man! Not only can He - but He did!
He did it right in front of us!
God entered into death in order to destroy death.

God can't die.. -.- "god" died to show us how willing he was to "save" us from our "sins"? If "god" really was a mortal being... How..? Just how?!? The beginning he made it all.. But he was BORN, during the middle of the ages!!????? Are you srs?!?!? YOU CAN'T BE SRS!! If he was an almighty god he would have blasted them all!! "GOD" doesn't die!! God DOESN'T die!! Srsly.. @nostalgia859 (3) Third He "died" to break that bridge between God and humans,in for ex: In Islam,people look at God as tall skyscraper that you cant reach, but in Christianity God still that tall Skyscraper but you got elevator to reach Him, which is Lord Jesus! Also He "died" to show us His love,how much He was willing to go through to save us all!So whenever you sin, think about it, it caused Him,who loves you being end up on that cross! God bless!

@nostalgia859 (2) First its a covenant, if you take a look at Old test., books of Torah, sins were paid by death of an animal(lamb), so God came to earth because He loved us all to be our "lamb". Second He wanted to really experience how it feels to be in flesh and what we are going through. For ex.:you struggling with something,and u pray on God for help, now since He been in flesh,He knows how hard it is so, He knows exact what u going through, and because He loves u so much He will help quick

First He died in flesh but not in spirit, and dont forget that He resurrected after three days. God is almighty, how do you think that God hears a million people prayers?because He can be at different places, com on He is God, He can do anything, so why do you think He couldn't turn into Jesus,i mean He is almighty over all?And paying for sins by death has alot of meaning: see #2

How can god almighty , the creator of heavens and earth DIE? and then cry out ""My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?" a GOD ABANDONED . Is it logic? why would god have to pay for our sins , if he is the mighty one greater than anything and capable of anything, why doesn't he just forgive it or punish us all.
