My God... it's not about Communism, it's about the horribleness of war. Soldiers were all men. They had mothers, wives, children...
Dima is wonderful!

Can you believe that the paintings were done by students at high-school-level art schools in Russia? That is to say, the artists were teenagers! Don't tell me that the younger generation is going to hell in a hand-basket! These painting say otherwise!

By the way, this is the manner in which disagreement should be handled, in a polite and courteous tone, with no rudeness or crudity!
I know many veterans of the 2nd Great Patriotic War. As one, a former pilot in the "Night Witches". put it, "We fought for Holy Rus". No one fought for Marxism, all fought for Holy Rus.
May our disagreements continue in a cordial and civilised vein.
