April 30, 2010 — Vet Centers ( http://www.vetcenter.va.gov ) provide free readjustment services for Veterans who served in combat. This includes group and individual counseling, family an bereavement counseling, and much more. See http://www.vetcenter.va.gov/media/confessions/confessions.asp for the 508 compliant version of this video.
The Vet Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico was just awesome with its support. A Vietnam combat Vet, Feral Udel was the team leader. He was so powerful in getting our due. He organized a network so effective that it made our relations with the VA work. There was a team of volunteers with one amazing woman in a wheelchair who could fathom the VA paper work and get action. Dedication and Service! Praise Team Leader Udel.

Nicely done. My father is a veteran and the team leader of a Vet Center and I am very proud of the work he does and the services offered by the Centers.
