jamaicans wear shoes. But Bolt was wearing Gold Pumas specially made for him so after the race he took them off and was holding them in his hands and showing them to everyone and holding them to the sky.

I did not get a chance to watch the track and field event, but if I'm looking at this video the guy has no shoes on, why is that???
