  • Congrats for the nice video.

Yes, we must take action to change.

    However, choose the words positively.

You don't need to fight to get a culture, you need to invest.

The first thing to do is to start with oneself and lead the change as a role model.

We spark and inspire the leaders to take it through the process.

  • Thanks for this valuable feedback! I really like your take on this - and agree that words make a difference. 'Investing in culture' is a great notion.

  • Very clever spin on culture, just stumbled on this video searching on culture, watched it through three times and it really resonated with me. So many people "want a greatculture" but aren't prepared to do something about it. It is worth fighting for.

  • Thanks for your kind comments! I believe many people have 'given up' when it comes to culture. There is an alternative! Thanks again for your kind thoughts

  • Nice presentation. Liked the way music has been used to present the thoughts of great leaders

  • Spark and inspire leaders!

I thought that's what leaders do - to gain followership and collaboration.

Dont underplay the significance of the top leading the way, particularly in turning around a toxic culture.

Poitive words and intentions won't work in an immature environment lead by people at the top who hold on to their outdated management by "fear".

Operating within your control merely leads to at worst, frustrations and at best, apathy.

  • this is very inspiring!!!
