He is skating in Germany, I recognize the poles and the road signs. As far as I know, you are allowed to skate on roads where there's no sidewalk here (someone correct me if I'm wrong). I have never seen anyone on a road like that though...

Is it allowed to skate in highways in this country? I don't think it's allowed in my country. Is the car behind part of the crew and serving as a guard for him?

Most people skating on a busy highway would get in trouble and be forced to exit and maybe end up in jail. Looks nice and smooth however.
