They are pretty dreadful for putting anything other than vocals through in live sound, But if your having a house party and you don't mind them being knocked, drink spilt, and played loud and hard; they are perfect. Get a good/cheap amp like a Crown 602.

which do you like better and why, the srs1500 or the swa1501? If you had only 2 subs, would you prefer one of each or 2 of which model? Thanks!
