New Jersey Assembly bill A243 heard by the NJ Health and Senior Services Committee yesterday March 7, 2011. Testimony both supporting and opposed to the bill. Dr. Herb Conaway is committee chair, is opposed to the bill and lead the meeting. His conduct was rude and unjustified, limiting testimony to 1.5 minutes and not allowing questions by the panel.
