Just to play devil's advocate, the banks of the Netherlands and Britain have been running the financial system for the world for a long time. Notice in the film John Adams that it was the Netherlands who Adams goes to for funding for the revolution (and gets turned down.) the Netherlands is also one of the world's largest suppliers of weapons so it would make sense that they are part of the military industrial complex. It's the Anglo/Dutch world empire and we just do what they want.

ALSO. Enough of this shit that the Clinton/Obama meeting is this secret deal part of this conspiracy. They had just fought for MONTHS over the Democratic nomination, it was a very bruising battle, maybe, just maybe, they wanted to talk it out, show each other there's no hard feelings, talk about the future (in a non-conspiracy way...) and maybe they didn't want the media hawks snapping pictures of them every 2 seconds! Its never happened to me, but I imagine that could get quite annoying.
