Why do people like you exist?
Please do read the title and description before watching a movie.
Doing this clearly indicates that this is a Demonstration. demonstrating levitation of an object, taking in question if this were posible large-scale e.g. floating vehicles/trains.

There is no actual sound in the clip of this prototype.
I guess other similar clip has no sound too.
I think it is because the Spinning motor is noisy. This could be the 'upside down version' of LeviTron toy, where the bottom black plate got wired motor spinning a magnet at high speed, and your little black plate on top does not need to spin, to float on it.
Am I right, Crealev?
