Here we are at the terminus of the Route 15 streetcar line in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia, where we see PCC II 2321 as it pulls into the terminal (which is nothing more than a small loop), having come from 63rd Street in the Haddington section. The PCC II in front of it, 2331, is the one we will board next. Both PCC's were built in 1947 by the St. Louis Car Company and were rebuilt in 2004 by the Brookville Equipment Corporation. We also see an Artic sitting in the terminal. If you have any questions about the video, feel free to message me. Comments are welcome. The video was taken on September 25th, 2009.
