videos cool got some good lerics and the vocolist soulds like he's got some experience in the singing business. like them a lot the drummer is cool also the guitaraist are happening . so goodl luck in the future guys. craig

@UserNameForYeeTube: No problem, I guess it's just a misunderstanding. I didn't mean Barren Earth sounds like Enslaved or Katatonia - it doesn't. But this video visually reminds me of those I mentioned in my first comment. Check 'em out, I think you'll know what I mean. :) And yeah I heard old Amorphis and you're right, it's probably the sound Barren Earth relates to the most. Somehow still reminds me of Scar Symmetry's "Pitch Black Progress". All in all it's not bad, but not special either.

Ugh, the most obvious band to reference would be old Amorphis and neither of those you mentioned.

lol... Barren Earth sound nothing like Opeth. Just because they both use clean/growls doesn't make the comparison valid.
