also a must for anyone that uses nylon stems.

brilliant idea this the only downside for me is that is a bit time consuming put that is me being picky, a briliant idea and one that i shall be sticking with

also, with the flight punch you can reduce the chances of "robin hoods" the point wont be able to stick into the shaft.

Nice to see it in action. I'm definitely considering this as an alternative to using the springs at the bottom of the shaft.

Sweet idea, Eh can you tell me what Board your throwing at there??? BULLS ??? Are those wires thinner than the Winmau Blade 3?
-
will i feel the increase in weight when i attach the ring to my dart?

the idea is actually cool. the only drawback to normal players is that once a flight pops out when thrown, the ring will be included as well and chances are you will lose the ring.

@twoohsix26 - actually no. The big advantage of this is that the ring stays in the flight!. I have never lost a ring since I used the flight punch. The flight is opened out with the ring inside it - it can't go anywhere when the flight comes off the stem.

The rings are tiny or you could use springs (which I do). They are so tiny I dont think that anyone would be able to feel the weight of them.
All the best
