1. Place 3 Cannons close to spawn area
2. The fist cannon you laid out upgrade it to max
3. Repeatly click on "Next Level" until your advanced to the 4th level
4. Your intrest rate should start increasing, sooner or later you'll get Tribute stats
5. Go buck wild
