The difference beween an american car reporter and a brittish one.
The American one says appreciate the car as it is and enjoy the good things...
The British starts nagging and mocking about small downsizes of the car
My compliments to the car owner, good work! and compliments to Corvette they made a strong frame underneith that sexy bodywork to hold up that long and still going
My volkwagen Golf started to drive like a wet noodle after 370 000 km wich is also alot of km's ofcourse

So much more soul than a modern Corvette. It bores me to tears hearing kids on Youtube crap on about how a C6 is as fast as a Ferrari for x price. That's not what motoring is about.

@215alessio Yeah, but there's no denying that British car reviews are much funnier, even when they're not being done by Mr Clarkson.

AS IT SHOULD BE! DRIVEN!!!! YA MAN!

Cool episode, I like your videos a lot.
I couldn't agree more with your statement of "you gotta appreciate cars for what they are". That is so true.

I got a nice old 96 Bronco in College. I hope to have that thing till I retire.

@muzician21 Not much power.... in a car that has done 500000 miles

amazing thing here
Not much power? We had a 350 horse 327 Vette, I certainly never got beat in it.

@muzician21 I am not knocking the car for the lack of power...it is what it is...one of the most fun cars I've ever driven and one of the most beautiful body designs of all time.

Great video! That '65 has a similar story to my '64 Sting Ray. Mine was originally bought brand new by my father in 1964 and it fulfilled his dream since 1953 of one day owning a Corvette. It has been in my family ever since and in fact is still registered under my father's name so it is a one owner car. It also is a number matching car but the engine was rebuilt but the interior is all 100% original.
See your smile in the video? That's exactly what I look like whenever I drive mine!

@Locoboy5150 Wow, that is a good share...I love that about classic cars and car owners.
Congrats and I hope you have many more years of smiles!
Thanks for watching.

@pkeddie88 Howdy Phil, that's Templin Hwy just North of Los Angeles. It's been my go to road for this type of thing for a while now.
Later,
Jason
