So despite my somewhat bad memories of those early 2000s teen pop songs, I still respect her so much for her intelligence and talent.

JoJo could always sing, even if I really didn't like "Leave" or "Baby It's You" when I was in middle school. To be very honest, the only teen singer that can sing better than her is Demi Lovato, and it took a longer time than JoJo for her voice to mature.
