Bahh...just made up the name. But basically its pull-ups that at the top require you to let go of the bar. This technique is good because it gives you the explosive power for moves like: climb ups and muscle ups. NOTE: Do not let your arms take the impact of the drop, grab on and come down slowly. Otherwise damage to the elbows may occur.
