I have been to MANY concerts in my time. Never, has ANYone made me smile as much as Sean does. He is truly GREAT! He makes that guitar talk...or is it the other way around? I have never seen anyone live the music like he does.

Anthony, you chronicle Sean. God bless you. I can watch these videos and remember every face, every way he'd hold the guitar. Weirdly enough, I find myself wanting to reach out and touch his face. We are so lucky that you took the time to video and share. I know that anything Levon taught him was special to him.

Well.. checking origin.. but "origianlly" we need to go back prior to Levon Helm.. who yes.. did do this song.. .. First recording I know of is by Sonny Terry and Brownie McGhee in 1973 . This one of my favorite songs.. by my FAVORITE BLUESMAN.. I miss him every day.

Thanks for the info - I never heard this song until I heard it by Sean and then by Levon on his Midnight Ramble 2 DVD. Great song and performance and lots of us miss Sean every single day.
