Final Fantasy VI is regarded as one of the best traditional Final Fantasy titles in the whole series, buddy. IX wasn't that popular because Square went back to their roots with fantasy and people didn't like that after the futuristic settings of VII and VIII. Don't get me wrong, VII and VIII are great games, but they're far from being the best Final Fantasy titles. Popularity doesn't always mean they're the best in the series.

9 and 6 are bad? what? I would understand if you said your favorites were 7 8 and 10 and 6 and 9 were your least favorite. Every final fantasy game is the best one for someone, but saying that 6 and 9 are bad... THAT is nonsense. It's not even opinion, it's just nonsense

I agree with him. 9 has a couple nice tracks, but the game itself is unplayable nonsense. IS it better than 6? I am not so sure, both were terrible outcasts in the series. 7, 10, 8 all shat all over them. Now, 6 and 9 can compete against the newer entries admittedly ... but that's not saying much. I wouldn't want to replay 9, 6, 12 or 13 again - not a chance.

All of the other characters are so profound... I think Quina was the developers' lighthearted attempt to make fun of the game.
