Well I'm still alive and I'm old...I remember the Monkees from when I was 15, and I'd never imagined they'd be this big...I've seen some of the rock greats...I pity you young kids today with all this crap going around.

@MrCaptainByah Woww. The fact that you went out of your way to reply to my comment, to insult me, shows who the dumbass really is. But, don't bother replying because I'm not going to give you the stupid, immature online fight, like the one you desire so badly.

@NonaSuymo13 yeah, todays music sucks

@DarkWarriorGaming "Pre-Fab 4" means were "pre-fabricated"
The fact that the Monkees were created for a TV show doesn't really matter to me one bit... it's still good music! Much better than a lot of today's so-called "music"

You are right the guitar was Gerry McGee (base was Larry Taylor), and the drummer was my long time best friend, Billy Lewis.

Does anyone know who actually played the TWANGIN' guitar on this song?
averyhotvideo 4 months ago
I think that the electric guitar in this song was played by somebody of Wayne Erwin or Gerry McGee or Louie Shelton.
